Refund policy

You may return any product you have purchased by notifying us within 14 days after receiving your order. Please notify us of your return by email at info@thefifthlaboratory.com and make sure to include your order number and the products you wish to return.

The products must then be returned within 14 days after you have notified us.
Sealed products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or if the product has been opened, due to health and hygiene reasons.

Please remember to include the right of withdrawal form.

When returning an order to us, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping method, as you are responsible for the package until we receive it. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
